Located on Harbour Island in the Bahamas, Conch Shell is a recently renovated, 1,700 Square Foot historic Bahamian home built in the 1800's of Abaco pine, that features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, a cozy eat-in kitchen, and sunroom. The  rear of the house  is loaded with lush flowering trees, shrubs, and palms that surround a cool patio.

For this renovation, the inside and outside of the house were painted with bright colors.  The exterior colors evoke the colors of a conch shell, fo rwhich the house is named.  The kitchen was outfitted with new appliances. The upstairs Queen bedroom was converted into a twin bedroom, to open the space up.  The upstairs twin bedroom was converted to a Queen, to optimize the space.  The back office was converted into an indoor / outdoor sitting room with a TV and couches. The outdoor terrace was fitted with a new couches, to make it a comfortable space to relax and gather with friends..
